Is this a real model or a wrapper?

Real. Every coin's weights start from random numbers you can reproduce, the training code is nanoGPT's, and you can download the weights at any checkpoint.

Why is it so bad at talking?

It has about 1 million parameters and reads only its own corpus. Models this small learn spelling, then short phrases. That is the point: you watch it happen.

Who pays for compute?

Today the CPU lane runs on the house server at $0.000. Each coin's fee reserve is kept for the GPU lane and graduation.

Can the pad move my funds?

No. You sign your own launch transaction in your own wallet. Feeding a coin is a signed message, not a transaction. Your 20% of the fees is paid to your wallet inside the split transaction.
